The Croft

Grade II* listed property The Croft , located in affluent Totteridge Green,
North London. This is a highly sensitive project from the planning aspect as the property
is considered of high heritage asset nationally and locally.
The brief includes refurbishment works to newer wing as well as addition of modern looking extension to the left wing of the property. The new extension will involve demolition of a small part of the listed building and will comprise of new family kitchen with family space secluded from high traffic service area of the right wing of the property. Giving the family much needed privacy away from large number of maintenance teams present daily at the property. 
Planning strategy has been agreed to submit individual applications for low and high risk schemes. Pre-planning application advise has been received for the extension works as well as planning application for the low risk elements such as replacement of the glass roof , changes to fenestration and replacement of the windows to the new wing to crittall is currently under consideration.
