Principal Designer Services

We are pleased to announce that we are now certified to provide the Principal Designer's Services

under the current CDM 2015 Regulations.

We are excited to announce that we have been certified to provide new services of Principal Designer under CDM 2015.

After specially designed training organised by RIBA we have now been given a green light to help our clients discharge their duties under Health and Safety Regulations which came in force in 2015.

Most of our Domestic clients are not aware of their legal duties un these regulation which puts a significant liability for the Health and Safety of Construction projects with the client. In domestic projects ,you , the client are required by law to appoint Principal Designer and Principal Contractor who will help you to assist you in fullfiling you legal duties.
